Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at the Holt Lodge Hotel, Wrexham Road, Holt, Wrexham LL13 9SW on 29 March 2017 at 11.00 am. The meeting is an initial creditors’ meeting, convened under Paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 , to consider my proposals for the purpose of considering the Administrator’s proposals, approving the Administrator’s pre-Administration costs and to consider establishing a creditors’ committee.

Creditors can attend the meetings in person and vote, and are entitled to vote under Rule 2.38 to the Insolvency Rules 1986, if they have submitted a statement of claim by no later than 12 noon on the business day before the meeting, and the claim has been accepted in whole or in part. If a creditor cannot attend in person, or does not wish to attend, but still wishes to vote at the meeting, they can either nominate a person to attend on their behalf, or they may nominate the chairman of the meeting, who will be the Administrator, or a member of their staff, to vote on their behalf.
