At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Olympia House, Armitage Road, London, NW11 8RQ on 10 June 2020, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and ordinary resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jason Callender (IP No. 22650) of Panos Eliades Franklin & Co, Olympia House, Armitage Road, London, NW11 8RQ and Jamie Taylor (IP No. 002748) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS1 2EG be and are appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up."

At the susequent creditors' decision procedure on 10 June 2020 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Jason Callender and Jamie Taylor as Joint Liquidators.
