At a general meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at the offices of Royce Peeling Green Limited incorporating Crawfords, The Copper Room, Deva Centre, Trinity Way, Manchester, M3 7BG on 2 December 2021, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gareth Hunt (IP No. 19132) and Alex Kachani (IP No. 5780) both of Royce Peeling Green Limited, The Copper Room, Deva City Office Park, Trinity Way, Salford, Manchester, M3 7BG be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up and that the Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.”

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 2 December 2021 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Gareth Hunt and Alex Kachani as Joint Liquidators.
