"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stacey Brown (IP No. 17950) and Matthew James Chadwick (IP No. 9311) both of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 7EU be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up of the Company. The Joint Liquidators are to act either alone or jointly."
