A Petition to wind up the above-named company (Registered No. 07407915) of 7/10 Chandos Street, London W1G 9DQ, presented on 8 February 2019, by (1) TRAFALGAR CAPITAL SPECIALIZED INVESTMENT FUND (in liquidation) of 2 Boulevard de la Foire L-1528 Luxembourg and (2) TRAFALGAR CAPITAL SARL of Boulevard du Prince Henri L-1724 Luxembourg (the "Petitioners") claiming to be creditors of the company, will be heard at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL
