A Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Stirling (Court Ref: STI-L3-18) by Ewen Todd of Tigh An Eas, Trathyre, Callander, FK18 8NA and craving the Court, inter alia, that Stirling Stove Centre Limited, having its registered office at 20 Barnton Street, Stirling FK8 1NE, (Company No. SC346830) (the "Company") be wound up by the Court and that Annette Menzies, Insolvency Practitioner, of William Duncan (Business Recovery) Ltd, 2ND Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6NU be appointed interim liquidator of the said company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Stirling by interlocutor dated 24 May 2018 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Viewfield Place, Stirling FK8 1NH within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; and meantime appointed Annette Menzies, Insolvency Practitioner, of William Duncan (Business Recovery) Ltd, 2ND Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6NU (Tel: 0141 535 3133) to be provisional liquidator of the Company with the powers specified in Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); all of which notice is hereby given.
