THE INSOLVENCY (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1989

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in pursuance of Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that an FINAL MEETING of the above named company will be held at 10.30am on 13 March 2020 at McCambridge Duffy LLP, 35 Templemore Business Park, Northland Road, Derry for the purpose of having an account laid before members showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.

Any member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of a company.

Proxies to be used at the meeting should be lodged at McCambridge Duffy LLP, 35 Templemore Business Park, Northland Road, Derry no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the meeting
