Notice is hereby given that on 24 May 2019 a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Stewart Preservation Limited, craving the court inter alia for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 that Stewart Preservation Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registered number SC375385) and having its registered office at 4b Thornton Road, Rosewell, Midlothian, EH24 9DP, be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator be appointed, in which Petition Sheriff Ross, by Interlocutor dated 24 May 2019, meantime appointed Keith Veitch Anderson, Insolvency Practitioner of MLM Solutions, Forsyth House, 14-18 Hill Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3JZ to be provisional liquidator of the said company with all the usual powers necessary for the preservation of the assets of the company and in particular the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Parts II and III of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for a limited period of 3 months, and ordained any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement.
