Pursuant to Chapter 2 of Part 13 of the Companies Act 2006, the directors of the Company proposed that the following written resolutions which were passed by the members on 21 December 2018:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David John Watchorn (IP No. 8686) and Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler (IP No. 9048) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 109 Swan Street, Sileby, Leicestershire, LE12 7NN be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
