“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Adrian Duncan (IP No 9645), of Savants Business Recovery & Insolvency Limited, 83 Victoria Street London, SW1H 0HW. be and hereby is appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up and that the Liquidator be authorised to distribution the assets in cash and in specie at his discretion.”
