“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Freddy Khalastchi, (IP No. 8752) and Laurence Pagden, (IP No. 9055) both of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
