NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a virtual meeting of creditors is to be held at on 1 March 2022 at 11.00 a.m., for the purpose of inviting nominations from creditors for membership of the Creditors` Committee and if necessary, decide on the composition of that Creditors` Committee.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to the Joint Liquidators of Sterling Services UK Limited, c/o Interpath Advisory, 4th Floor, Tailors Corner, Thirsk Row, Leeds, LS1 4JF by 4.00 p.m. on 28 February 2022, the business date before the meeting.
