Notice is hereby given by Bruce Birrell, director of the Company (’the convener’) that a meeting of the creditors of Sterling Precision Engineering Services Limited is to be held at Itek House, 1 Newark Road South, Glenrothes, Fife KY7 4NS on 18 July 2022, at 11.00 am. A winding up resolution was passed at the meeting of members of the Company on 5 July 2022 at which time Christine Convy and Angela Paterson (IP Nos. 8785 and 14130) both of Dunedin Advisory Limited, Itek House, 1 Newark Road South, Glenrothes, Fife KY7 4NS, were appointed Joint Liquidators. This meeting is being held for the purpose of appointing liquidators of the company under section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and where two or more liquidators are appointed, in accordance with section 231, confirming that any acts can be done by any one or more of them; and resolving that a liquidation committee will not be established, unless sufficient valid nominations are received by the convenor, in writing, by the decision date; and is a physical meeting requested by creditors under section 246ZE of the Insolvency Act 1986. Creditors can participate in the meeting in person and vote. If you cannot participate, or do not wish to participate, but wish to vote at the meeting, you can either nominate a person to participate on your behalf, or you may nominate the chair of the meeting, to vote on your behalf. Proxies can be submitted to the convenor at the address given above in advance or at the creditors’ meeting.
