"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that R K Grant (IP No. 009637) of AlixPartners UK LLP, 35 Newhall Street, Birmingham, B3 3PU and C M Williamson (IP No. 15570) of AlixPartners UK LLP, The Zenith Building, 26 Spring Gardens, Manchester, M2 1AB be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up, and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the Liquidation."
