Notice is hereby given that on 22 January 2018 the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lee Causer (IP No. 14112) and Michael Finch (IP No. 9672) both of Moore Stephens LLP, Suite 17, Building 6, Croxley Park, Hatters Lane, Watford, WD18 8YH be appointed Joint Liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the Company. The Joint Liquidators are to act either alone or jointly."
