"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Peter Edward Knight (IP No. 11150) and William Jeremy Jonathan Knight (IP no. 2236) both of Jeremy Knight & Co LLP, 68 Ship Street, Brighton, BN1 1AE, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately"
