Pursuant to Chapter 2 of Part 13 of the Companies Act 2006, the directors of the company proposed that the following written resolutions be passed on 6 January 2021, as special and ordinary resolutions:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler (IP No. 9048) and Craig Andrew Ridgley (IP No. 23232) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 8 Warren Park Way, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4SA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
