At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Unit A Paddock Wood Distribution Centre, Transfesa Road, Tonbridge, Kent TN12 6UU on 20 December 2018, at 10.00 am the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joseph Walter Colley (IP No. 21712) and John Anthony Dickinson (IP No. 9342) both of Carter Backer Winter LLP, 66 Prescot Street, London, E1 8NN be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately."
