NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Articles 80 and 91 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that the annual and final meeting of members of the above named company will be held at the offices of Gildernew & Co. Ltd, Six Northland Row, Dungannon, BT71 6AW on 10th November 2020 10.00am, for the purposes of having accounts laid before the sole member showing how the winding up has been conducted, how the property of the company disposed of and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.

Any member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of a company.

In order to comply with current government and health care advice during the COVID-19 pandemic, a physical meeting of the sole member cannot take place. In order to provide the member with the opportunity to participate in the meeting, the meeting will be held remotely by telephone and/or video conferencing facilities.

Proxies to be used at the meeting should be lodged at the offices of Gildernew & Co. Ltd, Six Northland Row, Dungannon, BT71 6AW no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the meeting scheduled for 10th November 2020.
