At a general meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Mint Accounting, 56 King Street, Aberdeen, AB24 5AX on 30 January 2019 the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution:

“Stellar (Aberdeen) Ltd cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue it’s business and that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Claire Louise Middlebrook, of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, 11A Dublin Street, Edinburgh EH1 3PG, (IP No. 9650), be appointed Liquidator of the company and that she is authorised to act.”
