A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is situated at Baris House, Nunn Brook Road, Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire, NG17 2HU, presented by Mr Nathan Jones and Mr Christopher Stirland, Joint Liquidators of Baris Facades & Linings Limited (In Liquidation) whose registered office is situated at FRP Advisory LLP, Ashcroft House, Ervington Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WL claiming to be a creditor of the Company, on 12 April 2018 and will be heard at Birmingham District Registry 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, B4 6DS on Thursday, 28 June 2018 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard)

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 by 1600 hours on Wednesday 27 June 2018.
