RESOLUTIONS PASSED 5 JULY 2021

At a general meeting of the shareholders of the Steel Services (Great Yarmouth) Limited, duly convened and held at Excelsior House, 9 Quay View Business Park, Barnards Way, Lowestoft, Suffolk NR32 2HD on 5 July 2021, the following resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively.

1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily and

2. That Lloyd Hinton , FIPA, a qualified insolvency practitioner, IP Licence No 9516, of Insolve Plus, Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London W1G 0AH be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.
