"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Philip Wood (IP No. 9148) and Lisa Jane Hogg (IP No. 9037) both of Wilson Field Limited, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
