“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Paul Cooper, of David Rubin & Partners, 26-28 Bedford Row, London WC1R 4HE and Eileen Blackburn, of French Duncan LLP, 56 Palmerston Place, Edinburgh, EH12 5AY, (IP Nos. 15452 and 8605) be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up”
