“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenneth Robert Craig, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 7 Queen’s Gardens, Aberdeen, AB15 4YD, (IP Nos: 008368 an 008584) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally.”
