A Petition to wind up the above-named company of STEAD MC ALPIN & COMPANY LIMITED (03586119) of Cummersdale Print Works, Cummersdale, Carlisle, Cumbria CA2 6BT, Cummersdale Print Works, Cummersdale, Carlisle CA2 6BT CUMBRIA (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Finishing of textiles and manufacture of high quality furnishing fabrics for some major retailers, presented on Wednesday 29 January 2020, at 12:30 by NANOFLAM LIMITED, of Riverside Industrial Estate, Estuary Road, Kings Lynn, Norfolk PE30 2HS claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the County Court at Carlisle County Court, Earl Street, Carlisle CA1 1DJ on Wednesday 11 March 2020, at 12:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
