A Petition to Wind-Up the above named Company whose registered office is situate 5 Balfour Place, London, W1K 2AU and whose last known trading address is 43 Heneage Street, London, E1 5LJ and 313-319 Katherine Road, London, E7 8PJ presented on 9 October 2019 by The London Borough of Tower Hamlets of Town Hall, Mulberry Place, 5 Clove Crescent, London, E14 2BG claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, The Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 27 November 2019 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
