NOTICE TO CREDITORS TO SUBMIT CLAIMS

We, Grainne Quinn (IP No. 19110) and Geraldine Cahill (IP No. 9489) of ASM (M) Ltd, The Diamond Centre, Market Street, Magherafelt, BT45 6ED were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above-named company on 7 October 2019 by resolution of the members.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, under Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that it is the intention of the Joint Liquidators to declare a first and sole dividend to creditors. Creditors who have not already proved their debts are required, on or before the 7th November 2019 (the last date for proving), to send their proofs of debt in writing to ASM (M) Ltd, The Diamond Centre, Market Street, Magherafelt, BT45 6ED and, if so requested, to provide further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary.

The intended distributions are final distributions and may be made without regard to any claims not proved by the final date for submission specified in this notice. Any creditor who has not proved his debt by that date, or who increases the claim in his proof after that date, will not be entitled to disturb the intended final distributions.

The Joint Liquidators intend that, after paying or providing for final distributions in respect of creditors who have proved their claims, all funds remaining in the hands of the Joint Liquidators shall be distributed to the shareholders of the company absolutely.

The Directors of the Company have made a declaration of solvency and it is expected that all creditors will be paid in full.
