"That the Company be wound up voluntarily."

"That Michael Chamberlain and Gareth Peckett of Chamberlain & Co, Resolution House, 12 Mill Hill, Leeds, LS1 5DQ, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up."
