At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 1st Floor, 26-28 Bedford Row, London, WC1R 4HE on 11 September 2017, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Paul Appleton (IP No. 8883) of David Rubin & Partners, 26-28 Bedford Row, London, WC1R 4HE be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
