A Petition to wind up the above named company Stanoak Construction Limited (formerly Allston Construction (UK) Limited) of 10 Harmer Street, Gravesend, Kent, England, DA12 2AX (Registered Office) presented on 22nd December 2015 by STAR PLATFORMS LIMITED, of 6-7 Castle Gate, Castle Street, Hertford, Hertfordshire, SG14 1HD (Registered Office) claiming to be a creditor of the Company will be heard at The Manchester District Registry at Manchester Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ, on Monday 7th March 2016 at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support it or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on Friday 4th March 2016.
