Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company has been convened by the Liquidator pursuant to Section 171(2)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rule 4.114 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 for the following purposes:

1. To approve/reject the removal of Anthony Hyams as Liquidator of the Company;

2. To approve/reject Anthony Hyams release as Liquidator of the Company pursuant to Section 173(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986;

3. To nominate an alternative Liquidator.

The meeting will be held as follows:

A proxy form is available and must be lodged with me not later than noon on 25 February 2016 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the meeting, together with a completed form of proof of debt.
