“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David John Blenkarn (IP No. 6676) and Stephen John Adshead (IP No. 8574) both of Smith & Williamson LLP, 4th Floor, Cumberland House, 15-17 Cumberland Place, Southampton, SO15 2BG be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.”
