A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Staines Town Football Club Ltd (03533349) of Staines Town Fc, Wheatsheaf Lane, Staines-upon-thames TW18 2PD, whose nature of business is the activities of sport clubs, presented on Wednesday 24 August 2022, at 10:00 by THE THAMES CLUB LIMITED, of 6th Floor St Magnus House, 3 Lower Thames Street, London EC3R 6HD claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 05 October 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
