At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at The Mews, Ingleden Park, Swain Road, St Michaels, Tenterden, Kent TN30 6SL, on 16 April 2018, at 10.00 am the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lee De'ath (IP No. 9316) of CVR Global LLP, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD and David Elliott (IP No. 8595) of CVR Global LLP, 139 - 141 Watling Street, Gillingham, Kent, ME7 2YY be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
