That the Company be would-up voluntarily.

That R L H Knight and M S Willis of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Global House, 1 Ashley Avenue, Epsom KT18 5AD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the company.

That any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Liquidator may be done by either or both of the Joint Liquidators.
