At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Global House, 1, Ashley Avenue, Epsom KT18 5AD on 26th October 2021 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions”:

“That the Company be would-up voluntarily.”

“That R L H Knight and M S Willis of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Global House, 1 Ashley Avenue, Epsom KT18 5AD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the company.”

“That any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Liquidator may be done by either or both of the Joint Liquidators.”
