Notice is hereby given that on 30 August 2017, a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Blair Carnegie Nimmo, as the former liquidator of St Margaret’s School Edinburgh Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company number SC035929) and having its registered office formerly at St Margaret’s School, East Suffolk Road, Edinburgh EH16 5PJ and latterly at KPMG LLP, 191 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LJ craving the court inter alia for the restoration of the said St Margaret’s School Edinburgh Limited to the Register of Companies, that the said St Margaret’s School Edinburgh Limited be wound up by the Court and that Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Geoffrey Jacobs, Insolvency Practitioners, of KPMG LLP, 319 St Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5AS be appointed joint interim liquidators, in which Petition, Lord Clark by interlocutor dated 7 September 2017 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers within 21 days after intimation, advertisement or service, all of which notice is hereby given.
