At a general meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at 68 Ship Street, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1AE on 29 October 2018 at 4.00 pm, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Simon Peter Edward Knight [IP No. 11150] and William Jeremy Jonathan Knight [IP No. 2236] of Jeremy Knight & Co LLP be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
