The following Special Resolution (1) together with the remaining Ordinary Resolution (s) were passed by the Members of the CIO by written resolutions. The requisite voting majority was received on 28 February 2019.

1) That the CIO be wound up voluntarily.

2) That Christopher Purkiss of Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London, EC1M 7AD, be appointed Liquidator of the CIO for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.
