NOTICE is hereby given that on 6 June 2018, a Petition was presented to Dundee Sheriff Court by St Andrews Motorhomes Limited, having a place of business at Cairngreen, Pitscottie Road, Cupar, Fife, KY15 5SY craving the court, inter alia, that St Andrews Motorhomes Limited (Registered Number SC144924) be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which petition the Sheriff at Dundee by Interlocutor dated 6 June 2018 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Dundee Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service and eo die appointed Claire Middlebrook, Insolvency Practitioner, Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice Limited, 11a Dublin Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3PG to be provisional liquidator of the said company with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of part II of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; of all of which notice is hereby given.
