Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the Members duly convened and held at The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee DD1 4QB on 20 September 2018, the following Special Resolution was passed that:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Graeme Cameron Smith, The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up and that he is authorised to make distributions "in specie" if he considers appropriate."
