Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 10 November 2016 as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon James Bonney and Andrew Hosking, both of Quantuma LLP, 81 Station Road, Marlow, Buckinghamshire SL7 1NS, (IP Nos 9379 and 9009) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally.” At a subsequent meeting of Creditors, duly convened to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and held on 10 November 2016, the appointment of Simon Bonney and Andrew Hosking was confirmed.
