A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at The Hart Shaw Buildings Europa Link Sheffield S9 1XU, presented on 12 May 2022, by HANSON QUARRY PRODUCTS EUROPE LIMITED, The Ridge Chipping Sodbury Bristol BS37 6WD, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Leeds, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG, on 28 June 2022, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
