At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held on 29/01/2018 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

Special Resolutions

(1) That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its current and/or impending liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same, winding up procedure."

Ordinary Resolutions

(1) "That Sajid Sattar of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham B1 1QH, Liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the Company".

The Chair having taken a vote and declared the resolution carried unanimously, the Company resolved that it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company is insolvent and that is advisable to wind up the same under a Creditors' Voluntarily Liquidation.
