This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”) . It is delivered by the convener of the meeting, Gary Thompson, of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 40a Station Road, Upminster, Essex, RM14 2TR.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: The establishing of a Liquidation Committee and that Gary Thompson and Michael Kiely, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally.

The meeting will be held at 4.00 pm on 9 September 2021 at 40a Station Road, Upminster, Essex, RM14 2TR.

This meeting has been summoned under Section 246ZE(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 as a result of a request from one or more creditors.

To be entitled to vote, those attending must submit a proxy form, together with a proof of debt if one has not already been submitted, by one of the following methods: By post to Quantuma Advisory Limited, 40a Station Road, Upminster, Essex, RM14 2TR; By email to robert.cogan@quantuma.com.

All proofs of debt must be delivered by 4pm on 8 September 2021.

All proxy forms must be delivered to the convener or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 4pm on 9 September 2021.
