At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at CFS Restructuring LLP, 5 Old Bond Street, London, W1S 4PQ on 15 January 2019 the following resolutions were duly passed; as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew J Cordon (IP No. 009687) of CFS Restructuring LLP, T/A Corporate Financial Solutions, 5 Old Bond Street, London, W1S 4PQ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
