At a general meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at Westgate, Aldridge, Walsall WS9 8EX on 14 October 2021 the following resolutions were passed by the Members as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that C H I Moore of K J Watkin & Co, Emerald House, 20-22 Anchor Road, Aldridge, Walsall WS9 8PH, be appointed Liquidator of the Company".

At the subsequent meeting of creditors held 8 November 2021 the appointment of C H I Moore was not confirmed, and David Hinrichsen (IP No. 26790) and Geoffrey Paul Rowley (IP No. 8919) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU were appointed Joint Liquidators.
