At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the company duly convened and held at Abercorn House, 79 Renfrew Road, Paisley PA3 4DA the following was duly passed as a Special Resolution.

SPECIAL RESOLUTION

"That the company should be wound up voluntarily and that Gillian Campbell, Certified Chartered Accountant, Abercorn House, 79 Renfrew Road, Paisley PA3 4DA, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of such winding up."
