Notice is hereby given that on 15 December 2017 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dundee Sheriff Court by Sprogs Youth Fitness Limited craving the Court inter alia to order that Sprogs Youth Fitness Limited (Company Number SC345490), having their Registered Office at Main Street, Hilltown, Dundee, DD3 7HN be wound up by the court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed and that in the meantime, Ian William Wright, Insolvency Practitioner, WRI Associates, Third Floor Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Dundee Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 15 December 2017, ordained all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dundee Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, 6 West Bell Street, Dundee, DD1 9AD, within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; and eo die appointed the said Ian William Wright to be the Provisional Liquidator of the said company with the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; and that until an interim liquidator of the said company is appointed or the petition at the instance of Sprogs Youth Fitness Limited (company Number SC345490), Main Street, Hilltown, Dundee, DD3 7HN presently pending in this court for appointment is dismissed; all of which notice is hereby given.
